FDA Packaging Machinery supplied AGMA with their first FLEXWRAP flow wrapping machine in 2015, followed by a second machine in 2017 as production volumes increased. The machines provided a compact and dependable packaging solution ideally suited to AGMA’s cleanroom environment.

In 2024, AGMA invested in a third FLEXWRAP flow wrapping machine dedicated to double wrapping detergent and disinfection spray bottles. Rather than creating a separate packaging operation, FDA engineered the new machine to connect directly onto the discharge of the existing line. This allowed operators to double wrap without removing and refeeding bottles through another machine, improving workflow efficiency while making the best use of available floor space.

Since the first installation in 2015, AGMA Ltd has integrated three FLEXWRAP machines into their operations. The most recent addition provided a dedicated double-wrap solution that connects seamlessly with their existing production line. This setup significantly improves efficiency by eliminating the need to manually refeed bottles, making it an ideal packaging solution for their limited cleanroom space.

Across more than a decade of operation, the machinery has required just three service visits. This impressive track record highlights a long-term partnership built on mutual trust, responsive support, and outstanding equipment reliability.
