15 Years on, 5 Machines installed

The Customer
Graso Biotech is a leading manufacturer of microbiological culture media and laboratory products. Product quality, reliability and efficient production are critical to its operation.
The Challenge
As demand increased, Graso Biotech needed packaging machinery capable of supporting long-term growth while remaining easy to maintain, reliable and cost-effective to operate.
Consistent Growth.
Local Maintenance.
Exceptional Reliability.
The Solution
FDA Packaging supplied Graso Biotech’s first machine in 2010. As the business expanded, Graso returned to FDA for additional machines in 2017, 2021 and two further machines in 2025. Today, the company operates five FDA machines. Over the years, a close working relationship has developed, with Graso handling routine maintenance using local engineers supported by FDA’s technical assistance when required.

The Results
Reliability isn’t measured in months or years. It’s measured by the confidence to keep investing in the same equipment. Over fifteen years, Graso Biotech has invested in five FDA machines to support its continued growth. Reliability has been exceptional, with only three FDA service visits required during that period. The result is minimal downtime, low ownership costs and the confidence to maintain the machines locally while continuing to expand production.
