The Solution
FDA Packaging supplied a FLEXWRAP flow wrapper designed specifically for food production environments where hygiene and ease of operation are essential. Unlike traditional bottom-seal machines, the FLEXWRAP uses a top-seal design. This allows products to be placed directly onto the packaging material rather than onto machine conveyor surfaces. By reducing product contact with machine components, the design helps maintain high hygiene standards while also making cleaning quicker and easier. Combined with its simple mechanical design and low-maintenance construction, the machine provides a reliable packaging solution for daily production.
