Our journey began in 2003 at an exhibition in Düsseldorf, where we sold our first Petri dish flow wrap machine to a German company. Within a year, our machines were wrapping Petri dishes worldwide. It was like a domino effect—once the word spread, it appeared everyone wanted our machines.

Initially, we wrapped 90mm dishes in stacks of five, but soon we were asked to wrap stacks of ten. This challenge led to the creation of our On-edge machine, which tips the dishes over for wrapping. The demand grew rapidly, and Petri dish wrapping became our primary focus.

With over 20 years of experience, over 100 petri dish machines worldwide, wrapping dishes from 50mm to 150mm using an extensive list of materials. We’ve learned a lot, constantly improving and adapting our machines. We never stop learning and facing new challenges. Packaging machinery is our passion and our specialty.

Flexwrap Right-angle

Our Flexwrap Right-angle is designed for automatic feeding and multiple size dishes. Length of the in-feed belt and
direction is optional to meet your requirements. Our customers usually set the machine up parallel to the pouring machine and transfer the collated dishes straight onto the infeed belt. These machines can also be used for 2nd and 3rd wrap by manual feeding.

Flexwrap On-edge

This machine is purely dedicated for wrapping on edge dishes in stacks of ten. The dishes can be fed into the machine inline, back or front. The product can be 2nd and 3rd wrap on a standard Flexwrap once wrapped on edge.

Fully Automatic Line

With the recent increase in high speed pouring machines and demand for automation, we have introduced fully automated
lines. We can link our machines with automatic transfer units for double and triple wrapping.These automated systems can handle a variety of dish sizes.
